Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the creative assets produced for their project. TMB Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Late payments may result in paused services. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST.

Limitation of Liability

TMB Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
